　　　　在崔光灿看来，把公摊面积计入建筑面积的计价方式，总体是有利于开发销售方。但目前我国住房供需关系已发生重大变化，住房销售中购房人的权益应该得到更多的保障，如果要改变为按套内面积计价的话，具备一定合理性。目前，“改变计价模式”在法律层面已不存在障碍，但在实践中，仍需开发企业等多方配合。
