　　2021年7月，北京市五部门联合发布《关于加强违规电动三四轮车管理的通告》（以下简称《管理通告》），规定自2024年1月1日起，违规电动三四轮车不得上路行驶。考虑到城市运行保障和民生服务需要，《管理通告》还规定，邮政寄递、园林绿化、环卫等民生服务行业使用的电动三轮车需全部更换为合规车辆。
